At Tape Providers, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely delighted with your items or experience, we offer multiple return options based on the product, its condition, and the reason for return.
General Return Policy
- Returns Within 30 Days:
If for any reason you need to return an item, brand-new products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a small 15% restocking fee may apply. If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, Tape Providers will cover the cost of return shipping, otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store Credit Option:
Instead of a refund, you can opt for store credit equivalent to 100% of the product amount (in the case that restocking fees apply).
- Partial Refund Option:
Choose to keep the item and receive a refund of 30% of the product amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damaged During Shipment:
If your item was damaged during delivery, provide pictures of the packaging and the damaged product to support your claim. Based on the information provided, we will decide whether to confirm or deny the claim. If approved, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrect Items Received:
If you received an item that doesn’t match your order, we’ll issue a return label and ship the correct merchandise at no additional cost to you.
- Custom Orders
Custom items are non-refundable unless there is a mistake in the configuration, inscription, or design caused by Tape Providers.
- Beyond 30 Days or In-Store Credit Purchases
Returns are not accepted for items delivered over 30 days ago or for items purchased using in-store credit from a previous exchange.
How to Start Your Return
Contact our Customer Service team with your name, order number, and reason for the return, or use our online return portal: RETURNS.
Once we receive and process the returned item, we’ll issue your refund or store credit promptly.
Refunds are processed within 4–5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
